have a refund policy!
Simply put, you may return
your item(s) under the
following easy conditions:
Your item(s):
- Must remain in good condition
- clean, unused & re-sellable
- Must be packaged as you received
it in the original box(es)
- Must be returned within thirty
days from the order date on the receipt found on the
packaging slip.
- Caravan Canopy imposes a 15%
restocking fee on ALL returns
You
will not get a refund on freight/shipping fees that
it cost to get the item(s) to you or to send them
back. You will only be refunded the actual retail
amount you were charged for the ITEM(S). No shipping
fees/charges will be included in the refund amount.
If the returned items are not
received within 30 days to the manufacturer's address included
in the packaging and condition it was received in, there will
not be a refund. There are no exceptions to this
policy!
You MUST call
our office before returning an item. You will be issued a return
authorization number and given directions for returning your
item. Items returned without a return authorization number will
be refused and no refunds will be given.
